Job summary

Reddit, NYC preferred, is hiring a Senior Brand Lead (B2B) to lead brand initiatives and partnerships that grow Reddit’s B2B presence. You’ll own the roadmap, framework, and cross-functional alignment to turn opportunities into scalable programs.

You’ll balance strategy and hands-on execution, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Communications to shape messaging and drive advertiser consideration at scale.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive brand leadership experience across consumer apps, advertising, or B2B brands.
• Experience building scalable brand programs, partnerships, and investor-facing stories.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and drive cross-functional momentum.

Responsibilities

• Build B2B brand and consideration programs to increase awareness among advertisers.
• Evaluate and develop B2C2C partnerships with strong strategic fit and scale potential.
• Define operating models for new programs with Sales, Product Marketing, and other teams.
• Define success metrics using brand and revenue outcomes to guide investments.
• Develop compelling investment cases with strategic rationale and resource needs.
• Strengthen Reddit’s corporate and business reputation through cross-team collaboration.
• Support international markets with adaptable frameworks and assets.
