Foundation Marketing seeks a seasoned Head of Reddit & Community to own the strategy, execution, and growth of our Reddit and related communities. You’ll shape how we engage, scale, and measure impact across organic and paid channels to support client outcomes.

You’ll lead specialists, set quality standards, mentor teams, and partner with Marketing Directors to expand services, craft client narratives, and land new offerings that drive growth for our B2B tech clients.

Formación

• 6+ years in community marketing with Reddit experience.
• Experience leading a team or bench of specialists.
• Ability to relate community activity to AI answers.
• Proven track record creating AI-enabled tools/workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own Reddit and community delivery: methods, SOPs, rules, tooling, quality, and resourcing.
• Set quality standards, run QA, identify skills gaps, and conduct technical interviews for hires.
• Lead specialists, train them to own client deliverables and scale pod deployment.
• Grow community work with existing clients and help in pitches and renewals.
• Explain how Reddit can influence AI-sourced branding in client communications.
• Identify and develop new offerings (e.g., Reddit Answers, branded communities).
• Run client education sessions and support sales pitches.
