TF Partners in Cortez, CO is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive for a full-time, on-the-road role. You will work with business owners, HR directors and GMs to deliver customized employee-benefit solutions, building long-term relationships and a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable engaging with business leaders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present customized employee benefit solutions based on client needs.
• Use a consultative sales approach to identify goals and recommend solutions.
• Generate and manage leads using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
