Qualifications

• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial sales growth and hit key performance targets through in-person and phone engagement.
• Maintain strong account relationships and proactive communication with commercial customers.
• Train and develop drivers and team members while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Plan efficient delivery routes, manage drivers, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide consultative automotive recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Oversee billing, records, returns, and reconciliation of commercial accounts.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce PPE and fleet safety protocols.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are properly maintained and report issues promptly.
