Responsibilities

• Manage and collect on a high-volume portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Contact customers via phone and email regarding past-due balances.
• Resolve payment disputes, deductions, short pays, and unapplied cash.
• Maintain accurate account notes and collection records in ERP systems.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Meet or exceed collection goals.
