SalesRoads seeks a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold phone outreach to business executives and introduce our clients' products and services
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Hone your skills through comprehensive training and frequent coaching sessions
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B appointment setting
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills for sales not customer service
  • Persuasive and confident speaker
  • Quick learner and driven to succeed
  • High-speed internet connection and ability to work remotely
Earnings and Benefits:
  • W2 earnings structure with base pay and uncapped commissions total ($40,000 to $55,000 per year for full-time positions)
  • Career paths from internships to senior-level management with room for growth
