Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple shifts.
• Strong communication skills and problem solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Slaughter Office for order sheets and attend supervisor meetings.
• Direct employees to meet production volume, quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules.
• Address grievances promptly and escalate unresolved issues to Personnel.
• Participate in group and line meetings to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to assure product quality and food-safety compliance.
• Train, coach, and develop staff to build depth in management and teamwork.
• Monitor machinery, equipment, and sanitation to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain positive employee relations and adherence to labor contracts.
• Communicate regularly with line personnel and plant management.
• All other duties as assigned.
