• Address grievances promptly and escalate unresolved issues to Personnel.
• Participate in group and line meetings to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to assure product quality and food-safety compliance.
• Train, coach, and develop staff to build depth in management and teamwork.
• Monitor machinery, equipment, and sanitation to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain positive employee relations and adherence to labor contracts.
• Communicate regularly with line personnel and plant management.
• All other duties as assigned.

Address employee grievances, disputes, or concerns promptly; escalation unresolved issues to Personnel.

Participate actively in group meetings and line meetings.

Partner with Quality Control to ensure product quality and food‑safety compliance.

Train, coach, and develop employees to build management depth and strong teamwork.

Monitor machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and sanitation.

Maintain positive employee relations and ensure adherence to labor contract provisions.

Communicate regularly with line personnel and plant management.
