• Address employee grievances and escalate unresolved issues to personnel.
• Attend supervisor and group meetings to align on targets and priorities.
• Partner with Quality Control to ensure product quality and food-safety compliance.
• Train, coach and develop staff to build management depth and teamwork.
• Monitor machinery, equipment and facilities for maintenance and sanitation.
• Maintain positive employee relations and adherence to labor contracts.
