Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading production in a food processing environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with line personnel and management.
• Proven people-management skills and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities in the Slaughter Department.
• Direct employees to meet production volume, quality, and delivery targets.
• Address grievances promptly and escalate unresolved issues.
• Participate in group and line meetings to improve operations.
• Partner with Quality Control to ensure food safety and quality.
• Train and develop staff to build leadership depth and teamwork.
• Monitor machinery and sanitation to maintain standards.
• Maintain positive relations and adhere to labor contracts.
• Communicate regularly with line personnel and plant management.
• All other duties as assigned.
