Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet required specifications.
• Prepare pre-operational paperwork and keep line clean and sanitized.
• Ensure line is properly staffed to meet production needs.
• Provide training and administer discipline as needed.
• Attend daily supervisor meetings and lead monthly line meetings.
• Adhere to union regulations and company policies.
