Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Manager in New Jersey to oversee enterprise IT operations, end-user support, Cloud PC (VDI) environments, and Microsoft 365 services.

The role collaborates with HQ infrastructure and application teams to ensure stability, policy alignment, issue resolution, and ongoing IT improvement. You will lead IT help desk activities, coordinate projects, manage vendor relationships, and produce regular performance reports while balancing daily tasks with project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–4 years related experience./training
• 3–4 years in enterprise helpdesk or IT environments
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and broad enterprise tech knowledge
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to travel, weekend/on-call time occasionally
• Microsoft certifications preferred (MCP, Security+, CCNA+)

Responsibilities

• Manage MS Azure cloud environments per security guidelines
• Provide day-to-day support for Azure VDI, O365 and IT issues
• Troubleshoot Windows laptops, LAN, cloud services and office IT devices
• Configure and optimize Office 365 suite within the org
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, document fixes and preventive measures
• Provide all levels of technical support for customers
• Coordinate with HQ for projects
• Manage IT help desk team and evaluate performance
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly reports on help desk productivity
