Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Cloud Administrator in the United States with expertise in Windows Server deployments, SCCM, Intune, and Azure cloud services. You will support on-prem VMware vSphere, Azure integrations, and end-to-end cloud governance across Office 365 workloads.

The role requires a current U.S. citizenship, active DOD clearance, and 8570 IAT II certification, with strong problem solving and communication skills to collaborate with senior IT leadership.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Active DoD Interim Secret or Secret clearance is required.
• DOD 8570 certification (IAT II or higher) is required.
• Azure AD and cloud networking experience preferred.
• 5+ years administering cloud frameworks and 2+ years SCCM/Intune experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deployment, integration, operations and maintenance of Windows virtual servers.
• Provide support for Windows Virtual servers in on-prem VMware vSphere and Azure cloud.
• Participate in Azure cloud platform integration into customer environments.
• Design, construct, configure and maintain Office 365 Tenant workloads.
• Ensure cloud governance, security controls, automation and monitoring.
• Coordinate with project manager on changes, events and schedules.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop a productive team.
