Job summary

Presidio is seeking an Sr. Solution Architect to expand our Solutions Architecture team, focusing on industry-specific verticals, pre-sales excellence, and customer success.

This role blends hands-on solution design with people management to raise team capabilities, standardize best practices, and deliver high-quality, technical solutions. You will translate complex cloud architectures into business-focused engagements, drive migrations to Azure, and lead the end-to-end proposal and delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in solutions architecture or similar roles.
• 5+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or delivery.
• 3+ years in delivery and pre-sales of consulting and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-facing deliverables — including high-level solution summaries, proposals, staffing models, Statements of Work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Lead scoping of workshops, assess and execute cloud migrations to Azure.
• Design cloud security, IAM strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive IaC and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
• Act as SME and manage the sales cycle from requirements to delivery handoff.
• Own proposal approval lifecycle with cross-functional reviews and sign-offs.
• Develop standardized methodologies for solution design, deployment, and optimization.
