Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to expand the Solutions Architecture team, blending hands-on architecture with people management to drive technical pre-sales excellence and customer success. You will design scalable Azure-based solutions, guide migration of on-premises apps, and establish standardized methodologies across engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, delivery, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• 3+ years of experience in delivery and pre-sales of consulting and advisory services for IT strategy, cloud governance, and related engagements.
• Deep Azure expertise with strong knowledge of container orchestration, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), and Well-Architected principles.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong cloud migration and modernization background (lift-and-shift, re-platform, re-architect).
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern app architectures (microservices, serverless, event-driven) on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-facing deliverables (high-level solution summaries, proposals, SOWs, responses to RFPs/RFIs).
• Lead scoping of workshops and migration projects from on‑prem to Azure.
• Design cloud security, IAM strategies, and regulatory/compliance alignment.
• Drive IaC and automation to build CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as SME and manage the sales cycle from requirements to delivery handoff.
• Own proposal approvals and cross-functional sign-offs for client deliverables.
• Develop standardized solution design, deployment, and optimization methodologies.
