CloudServus in the United States seeks a senior Azure practice leader who will be the technical center of gravity—shaping demand, guiding engagements, and mentoring the team to outlast any single program.

This role blends pre‑sales, delivery, and people development: set strategy, lead architecture, and drive growth across infrastructure, modernization, data, and AI. You’ll collaborate with clients and partners, while keeping travel limited.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, MSP, or enterprise IT.
• Proven track record influencing revenue through opportunities and scopes.
• Proven ability to grow teams and mentor consultants.
• Strong point of view on Azure cloud consulting direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape demand by partnering with sales on target accounts and executive conversations.
• Lead architecture, design authority, and hands-on work on high-risk engagements.
• Define delivery standards, runbooks, and reusable IP.
• Mentor consultants and engineers; build future practice leads.
• Translate roadmap into service offerings and pricing models.
• Advise on partner strategy and investments.
