Job summary

enableIT is seeking an Azure/.NET Production Support Engineer to support mission-critical enterprise applications in a 24x7 production environment. This role is customer-facing, focusing on troubleshooting, incident resolution, RCA, and minor .NET/C# fixes.

You will provide L1/L2 production support for Azure-based apps, troubleshoot Function Apps, Storage, Service Bus, Synapse, Cosmos DB, and manage DLQs. Collaboration with clients and IT teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Azure experience with Function Apps, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, Application Insights, Synapse, and Cosmos DB.
• Strong .NET/C# experience for configuration updates and minor fixes.
• Production support experience in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and monitoring experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• ITIL framework/process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Azure-based enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot Azure Function Apps, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, Application Insights, Synapse, and Cosmos DB.
• Manage Service Bus Dead Letter Queues (DLQs), message replay, and delivery issues.
• Troubleshoot DevOps pipeline failures and re-run deployments.
• Resolve Power BI gateway/configuration issues.
• Perform RCA, documentation, and drive permanent fixes.
• Write queries for Cosmos DB and Synapse Data Warehouse; troubleshoot pipeline failures using KSQL.
• Make minor configuration/code changes in .NET/C#.
• Follow ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with clients, business users, and internal teams during critical incidents.
