Job summary

Horizontal Talent seeks a skilled Production Support Engineer to join a fast-paced Azure-based application team in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. This hybrid role focuses on troubleshooting, incident resolution, and small configuration or code changes in a 24x7 support environment.

You will triage incidents, identify root causes, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, applying ITIL processes and RCA documentation to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Azure-based enterprise applications.
• Ability to triage incidents and drive timely resolution.
• Proficiency with .NET/C# for minor fixes.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident/problem/change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Azure-hosted applications.
• Triage incidents, identify root causes, and drive timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot Azure services such as Function Apps, Storage, Service Bus, and Cosmos DB.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps health in a 24x7 environment.
• Document incidents and prepare RCA for permanent fixes.
• Communicate status clearly to clients and internal teams.
