Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join the 24x7 incident management team in a Microsoft Azure environment. The role focuses on diagnosing, mitigating, and elevating system issues to maintain high availability, while collaborating with operations and development teams.

Ideal candidates have a BS in CS or a technical field, 2 years in infrastructure support, and 1 year in system administration (Windows/Linux). TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in CS or other technical discipline preferred.
• 2 years operations experience providing application infrastructure support.
• 1 year performing system administration support (Windows/Linux).
• Experience in supporting Azure/AWS cloud preferred.
• Experience with PowerShell and/or scripting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools.
• Respond to incident tickets in a 24x7 environment to meet SLAs.
• Review system logs and mitigate issues.
• Update knowledge base troubleshooting guides and lessons learned.
