Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience, minimum 2 years in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
• Proficient in Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and IIS Services.
• Experience with VPN management, firewall management, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2–3 tickets in the Engineering Ticket Queue.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex server and cloud-related issues.
• Support cloud migration efforts and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
