A leading Cloud Services Provider in New York is seeking a System Administrator with strong Tier 2–2.5 experience to join their hybrid team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working for a Managed Services Provider.
• Strong experience with Active Directory and Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2+ support for cloud and network issues.
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues across cloud platforms.
