Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years working for a Managed Services Provider.
• Strong experience of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure and virtualization platforms.
• Familiarity with firewalls and backup tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deployment projects involving Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Provide Tier 2+ support for cloud and virtualization issues.
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues across servers and cloud platforms.
• Support configuration and maintenance of VMware or Hyper-V environments.
