Job summary

Our client, an internal support operations group, is seeking an Azure Cloud Operations Analyst to join their team. The role focuses on ingesting and monitoring support tickets, identifying high-risk cases, and engaging to prevent escalations while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is a remote, 18-month contract in the United States with a pay range of $48–$50 per hour. The ideal candidate has Azure, Microsoft Commerce Platform experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure tenants, subscriptions, and billing models.
• Ability to translate complex technical and commerce concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience maintaining detailed operational records in DevOps or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Azure transition activities with detailed plans and execution.
• Support Azure transitions across CSP, EA, MCA-E purchasing models and billing.
• Validate subscriptions, tenants, billing documents to determine eligibility.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable guidance for accounts and customers.
• Maintain records and reporting in Azure DevOps including status and actions.
