Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead design, deployment, and automation of Azure-based infrastructure in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with DevOps and security to deliver scalable, cost-effective cloud-native solutions. The role requires Terraform IaC, Python/Bash scripting, and strong Docker/Kubernetes production experience, plus Jenkins and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience
• Advanced knowledge of Azure components (VMs, Storage, Key Vault, Monitor, Log Analytics, Networking)
• Terraform modules, state management, and scalable IaC pipelines
• Proficient in Python automation frameworks
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and management of Azure-based cloud infrastructure with a focus on automation and cost optimization
• Architect reusable IaC modules using Terraform
• Develop automation scripts in Python and Bash for provisioning and configuration
• Maintain Linux system orchestration scripts and CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Oversee container environments with Docker and Kubernetes and production deployments
