Job summary

SHI is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead design, deployment, and automation of Azure-based cloud infrastructure. You will create reusable IaC modules with Terraform, automate provisioning with Python/Bash, and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

You will mentor junior engineers and drive secure, cost-efficient cloud solutions. You will collaborate with DevOps and security to ensure scalable architectures, governance, and best practices while contributing to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience focusing on Azure.
• Proven skills in Terraform, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and management of Azure cloud infra with automation.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and IaC frameworks.
• Create automation scripts in Python and Bash for provisioning and config.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and GitHub Actions with Groovy pipelines.
• Build and manage Docker/Kubernetes environments for production.
• Lead incident response and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with software/DevOps to translate requirements into secure cloud architectures.
• Enforce cloud security best practices and governance.
• Document architecture, workflows, and standards; mentor junior engineers.
