Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and manage CI/CD pipelines, build IaC with Terraform, and ensure compliance and security across environments.

You will automate processes, perform root cause analyses for production issues, and integrate AWS and Azure services with existing infrastructure while collaborating with development teams to implement new features and follow best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum project management.
• Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs) and security concepts.
• Proficient with Git and Azure DevOps for version control.
• Experience managing Active Directory, AWS, VMware, and Windows Server.
• Proficient with Jenkins, Groovy, Terraform, Splunk, Git, CodeCommit, or SonarSource.
• Ability to design, develop, and integrate APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform.
• Monitor system performance and manage source code, with accurate ops reports.
• Ensure systems are updated, compliant, and secure against threats.
• Develop and maintain on-premises tooling solutions.
• Automate processes to improve development efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new software features.
• Oversee the integration of AWS and Azure services.
• Ensure software development follows best practices and established processes.
