Job summary

phData is seeking an AI Services Lead for Client Services to own the Anthropic-focused accounts from vision to multi-year AI transformation. You will shape deals, manage delivery risk, and build trusted advisory relationships with CIOs and business leaders across the US, while driving expansion and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leadership to ensure strategic alignment, mentor junior team members, and contribute to scalable playbooks and roadmaps

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in hybrid delivery/sales within consulting or professional services.
• Experience owning both delivery quality and account growth on the same engagement.
• Track record scoping and delivering services engagements from $50K–$1M.
• Ability to build account plans and roadmaps converting pilots into multi-phase programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation for Anthropic-focused accounts from interest to well-scoped engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery oversight; identify risks early.
• Build and maintain account plans and backlogs for multi-phase AI transformation programs.
• Shape AI/data roadmaps with senior client stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and close expansion opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership in executive meetings and roadmap discussions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to repeatable engagement patterns.
• Share client insights to improve engagement and delivery excellence.
