Job summary

Xceedance is hiring multiple Practice Leads to ensure our US clients gain a competitive advantage by translating customer problems into deployable AI-enabled solutions. This role blends process architecture, business strategy, and technology to drive measurable outcomes across insurance operations.

Candidates should have deep insurance domain expertise and a track record in transformation deals, orchestration, and scalable solution design. The position is hybrid and client-facing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the Property Casualty Insurance Services domain across several specialties.
• 15+ years of experience as a process architect redesigning processes for automation and agentic orchestration.
• Working knowledge of agentic frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, tool-use, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Ability to decompose outcomes into agent tasks, data dependencies, decisions and controls.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, RFP responses, and proposal development for transformation deals.
