- Lead complex, high-impact client engagements in life sciences with accountability for outcomes and growth.
- Provide executive leadership on AI-driven data transformation and modern delivery models across Commercial and R&D.
- Build and mentor a global team spanning US, India, and other locations; evolve delivery operating model.
- Drive profitable growth, shape solution narratives, and partner with client leaders to deliver measurable value.
