Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Senior Transformation Partner to drive cross-functional transformation initiatives from discovery through execution in a hybrid Austin environment. You will translate AI strategy into measurable efficiency gains, modernize processes, and support M&A integration and revenue growth.

You will lead structured discovery using design thinking, lean methodologies, and customer experience principles, translating findings into compelling business cases and adoption plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of senior transformation or strategy experience in enterprise software or fintech.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from problem framing to execution.
• Strong design thinking, LEAN/Six Sigma, and customer-experience focus.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery in assigned functions using design thinking and lean methodologies.
• Develop value theses and governance-ready proposals with clear KPIs.
• Influence executives without formal authority and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Establish measurement to track benefits and ensure sustained adoption.
• Communicate with C-suite and provide strategic advisory on transformation.
