Amazon Web Services (AWS) Enterprise Support TAM for strategic industries, Telco, is seeking a seasoned technical leader. You will serve as the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500, guiding the use of AWS services and ensuring operational health.

The role emphasizes strategic guidance across compute, storage, databases, analytics, security, and more, with travel 10%+ as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three or more: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 3+ years of technical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Work with appropriate engineers and service teams to drive issue resolution and craft strategies to drive adoption and value of AWS services.
