Job summary

Optomi is seeking an AWS Platform Engineer to design, harden, and run a cloud platform focused on Amazon Connect, Lex V2, and Lambda-based integrations. You will also deploy and host Node.js apps on AWS and manage Salesforce apps through modern CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on AWS experience with Connect, Lex V2, Lambda, plus Terraform IaC and Salesforce lifecycle management, and will work across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS expertise with Amazon Connect, Lex V2 and Lambda.
• Experience with Node.js engineering and Salesforce lifecycle management.
• Strong infrastructure as code skills using Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and operate AWS foundations using Terraform.
• Implement robust secrets, encryption, and config management.
• Establish engineering standards for Node.js and build service interfaces and integrations.
• Architect and implement Amazon Connect solutions and optimize Lex V2 bots.
