Job summary

Optomi is seeking an AWS Platform Engineer to design, harden, and run a cloud platform focused on Amazon Connect, Lex V2, and Lambda-based integrations. You will also deploy and host Node.js apps on AWS and manage Salesforce apps through modern CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on AWS experience with Connect, Lex V2, Lambda, plus Terraform IaC and Salesforce lifecycle management, and will work across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS expertise with Amazon Connect, Lex V2 and Lambda.
• Experience with Node.js engineering and Salesforce lifecycle management.
• Strong infrastructure as code skills using Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and operate AWS foundations using Terraform.
• Implement robust secrets, encryption, and config management.
• Establish engineering standards for Node.js and build service interfaces and integrations.

Position Summary:

We're hiring a hands-on AWS Platform Engineer to design, harden, and run our cloud platform with an emphasis on Amazon Connect contact centers, Lex V2 conversational bots, and Lambda (Python)-based integrations. In addition to core platform ownership, you'll bring software engineering skills to deploy and host Node.js applications on AWS and to build, package, and ship Salesforce apps through modern CI/CD.
