Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Executive for US companies to drive growth with AWS. You will close opportunities originated by mid-market originators, engaging CIOs/CTOs and partners, while meeting ambitious quarterly and annual targets.

Role requires deep AWS/cloud experience, industry knowledge, and a proven record of high-value deals; travel may be required to meet client needs. Competitive compensation with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience selling complex cloud solutions and/or DevOps consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years experience selling AWS, and related services is required.
• Minimum of 5 years deep Industry experience in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Resources, CMT, or Health
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing $500K+ ARR deals successfully.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in direct sales with quota, preferably in excess of $5M
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with Mid-Market Direct Customers from the C-Suite to Area Leader
• Managed and nurture relationships with Clients and AWS
• Drive net new customer acquisition and scale existing client base in the Accenture Mid-Market Direct customer segment
• Coordinate closely lead generation providers, solutioning team and Technical Architects
• Engage with AWS, and other partners at the tactical and strategic level across their Sales, Solution Architect, and Partner Teams
• Meeting quarterly and yearly sales targets for the segment
