Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Mid-market team in the US, seeking a Sales Executive for the AWS Business Group to drive growth with AWS customers. The role combines industry insight and a consultative sales approach to leverage pre-defined Mid-market offerings and deliver technology service requirements.

The position targets senior client engagement, with a focus on closing multi-year deals and achieving quarterly and annual targets within the Mid-market segment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience selling complex cloud solutions and/or DevOps consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years experience selling AWS, and related services.
• Minimum of 5 years deep Industry experience in Financial Services, Resources, CMT, or Health.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing $500K+ ARR deals successfully.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in direct sales with quota, preferably >$5M.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with Mid-Market Direct Customers from the C-Suite to Area Leader.
• Manage and nurture relationships with Clients and AWS.
• Drive net new customer acquisition and scale existing client base in the Accenture Mid-Market Direct customer segment.
• Coordinate closely with lead generation providers, solutioning team and Technical Architects.
• Engage with AWS and other partners at the tactical and strategic level across their Sales, Solution Architect, and Partner Teams.
• Meeting quarterly and yearly sales targets for the segment.
