Job summary

CG Infinity is seeking an AWS Customer Success Manager to nurture strategic partnerships with government-focused AWS ProServe teams and CG Infinity executives. You will act as a trusted advisor, drive account growth, and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful cloud transformation initiatives.

You will engage with senior government leaders, AWS stakeholders, and CG Infinity leadership to identify opportunities, align objectives, and expand services across modernization,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and executive engagement skills.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Experience engaging with government, public sector, or regulated customers.
• Ability to identify business needs and develop trusted client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing CG Infinity clients, focusing on government and public sector.
• Serve as the primary liaison between CG Infinity, AWS ProServe Government, and client leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful cloud transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for CG Infinity to provide consulting, implementation, or advisory services.
• Lead executive-level communications, account planning, and quarterly business reviews.
