Responsibilities

• Lead a group of technicians and engineers in installing and building server rack capacity.
• Deliver capacity to existing data centers and help bring online new sites.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Develop and implement service methodologies including incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
• Travel to data center sites as needed for training and operations.
