Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a data center Infrastructure Delivery leader to guide a team of technicians and engineers in building and maintaining critical data center networks supporting AWS.

You will drive capacity planning, site readiness, and global coordination to ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure for the AWS ecosystem. You bring hands-on experience managing large-scale data centers, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a data center technology role
• 2+ years in a management or team lead function
• 2+ years of TCP/IP networking, network cabling, fiber, optic types, and test equipment experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field; CCNA/CCENT/Network+ certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams of technicians and engineers, providing both technical and leadership expertise
• Deliver capacity to existing Data Centers and help build new Data Centers
• Improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and reliability
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors & contractors
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards and maintain data center metrics
