Job summary

United Technology is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design and implement cloud-based contact-center solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on development of IVR, contact flows, Lex conversational experiences, and Lambda integrations in a serverless AWS environment.

The candidate will build scalable routing, queues, and customer interaction flows, integrate with CRM and backend services, and ensure end-to-end testing and production readiness across enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Connect, Lex, and Lambda for enterprise CC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop contact-center solutions using Amazon Connect.
• Build and customize IVR and Amazon Connect contact flows.
• Develop conversational and self-service experiences using Amazon Lex.
• Develop AWS Lambda functions to support contact-center workflows and integrations.
• Configure and develop routing logic, queues, routing profiles, and customer interaction flows.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise applications and backend services.
• Develop REST API and serverless integrations using AWS services.
• Translate business and contact-center requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build reusable components and integration patterns for Amazon Connect.
• Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving contact flows, Lex, Lambda, routing, APIs, and integrations.
• Support application deployments and production implementations.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, security, and contact-center teams.
• Maintain technical design and development documentation.
