Job summary

Acclaim Systems is seeking a skilled AWS Connect integrator to support translating call flows and routing designs into functional contact center configurations. You will build and maintain queues, routing profiles, and attributes under the guidance of a resident Architect.

The role includes assisting with Lex bot and Lambda-based IVR configurations, ensuring smooth, scalable customer interactions within the AWS ecosystem. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• US citizens, Green Card holders, or those authorized to work in the US; H1b sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Support the Architect in translating call flow, queue, and routing designs into working AWS Connect configurations.
• Build and maintain contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and contact attributes per Architect-approved designs.
• Assist with configuration of Amazon Lex bots and Lambda functions for Conversational IVR under Architect guidance.
