Job summary

Prabhav Services Inc. is seeking an experienced AWS Connect Solutions Engineer to design, develop, configure, and integrate cloud-based customer engagement solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services.

A strong IVR/Contact Center background and hands-on Amazon Connect experience are required for this role. The ideal candidate will build and maintain IVR flows, develop integrations via APIs, and leverage Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and other AWS services to support contact center

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Solutions Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect and IVR/Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and integrating cloud-based customer engagement solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services. Important: This role requires a strong IVR / Contact Center / Amazon Connect background. General AWS Cloud Engineer or DevOps profiles without hands-on Amazon Connect experience will not be considered.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AWS customer engagement services such as Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with platforms using Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and APIs.
• Experience with multiple AWS services and exposure to AI services.
• Experience implementing AWS environments using infrastructure-as-code or automation.
• AWS certification is a plus.
• Strong service-design skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an Amazon Connect Developer / Contact Center Engineer / IVR Engineer with hands-on experience building and integrating contact center solutions on AWS. Note: Please do not submit general AWS Cloud Engineer or DevOps profiles unless they have significant hands-on Amazon Connect / IVR / Contact Center experience.
