Job summary

VTekis Consulting LLP is seeking an AWS-focused developer to design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions in Houston. The role involves building and maintaining Amazon Connect flows, serverless components, and RESTful APIs using Python/Node.js.

Candidates should be familiar with IaC practices, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch. This position emphasizes scalable, secure, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and/or Node.js for building voice and contact center solutions.
• Experience designing IVR/VRU and contact routing workflows using AWS services.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and AWS SDK usage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR/VRU solutions.
• Develop serverless functions using AWS Lambda and integrate with API Gateway and DynamoDB.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines and IaC to deploy AWS resources.
• Collaborate on DevOps practices and leverage AI-assisted development tools where applicable.
• Ensure secure and scalable cloud architecture for contact center workloads.
