Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to CCaaS design using Amazon Connect/Lex and Bedrock, with focus on AI-enabled conversational solutions. You will document requirements, participate in design discussions, code, review, test, and support deployments across US locations.

This role involves relocation/travel as needed and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with sponsorship not provided by Infosys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements, following guidance provided.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into existing applications while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase, and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for new software applications.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.
