Job summary
10Pearls is seeking a seasoned Amazon Connect specialist to design, build, and optimize contact flows, Lambda integrations, and conversational IVR using Lex and Polly in a live customer environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations and ensure quality reporting and analytics.
The role emphasizes IaC with CloudFormation or Terraform, CRM integrations, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver end-to-end Connect solutions for enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of related experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows, routing, and Lambda integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure Amazon Connect contact flows.
- Develop and integrate AWS Lambda functions to support Connect contact flows.
- Build and tune conversational IVR experiences using Amazon Lex, including intents and bot integration.
- Configure Amazon Connect Contact Lens, call recording, and CTRs for reporting and compliance needs.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM and other backend systems via APIs.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize contact center performance using CloudWatch.
- Support deployment and infrastructure-as-code practices for Connect across environments.
