Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AWS Technical Account Manager in the United States to lead strategic customer relationships and guide complex cloud initiatives from planning through delivery.

You will bridge customers, sales, engineers, and project managers to ensure cloud solutions align with business goals, overseeing migrations, modernization, and Well-Architected Reviews while pursuing AWS certifications and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years managing technology projects or customer engagements.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services and the cloud ecosystem.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and delivery practices.
• Proven track record in project or account management with customers.
• Ability to obtain AWS certifications and pursue advanced credentials.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships across managed services and AWS cloud projects.
• Coordinate and guide technical team members to align with milestones and objectives.
• Oversee cloud projects including migrations, modernization, and Well-Architected Reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and PM to define scope and goals; identify risks.
