Amazon’s AWS ProServe team is seeking an Associate Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects. You will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations for clients, aligning business goals with technical outcomes.

Role emphasizes AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The position is based in Arlington, VA with a focus on ProServe SDT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or certifications.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Experience with project management of technical projects.
• Experience in cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent).
• Experience solving problems with technology in Healthcare/Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guide technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align with customer outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements mapped to business outcomes.
