Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager (EM) in the ProServe team to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects.

You will combine technical credibility with project leadership to ensure customer outcomes and leverage AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework. Responsibilities include bridging business requirements with technical solutions, guiding discussions, and managing risks while driving successful implementations for clients across multiple regions,

Qualifications

3+ years of program or engagement management leading multiple concurrent projects.
3+ years of cloud computing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Guide technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services and architectures.
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and foster stakeholder alignment.
Decompose complex problems into actionable deliverables.
Contribute to technical documentation and establish documentation standards.
