Job summary

Fluor is seeking a Sr. Manager, Advanced Work Packaging for a project site role in Bagdad, AZ. This position leads the Advanced Work Packaging group, plans work, sequences execution, and coordinates with department managers to ensure smooth transfer of information.

The role requires a four-year degree with 10+ years industrial construction, or 14 years non-degreed, plus five years in Foreman/Superintendent roles and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field.
• Ten (10) years of industrial construction project experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to fourteen (14) years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of local, state/province and federal/national statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of group personnel and subcontractors.
• Recruit, develop and retain group Manager, Lead and Planner personnel.
• Ensure personnel receive training on corporate and project policies.
• Ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate and assign responsibilities to Managers and Leads to support construction requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
