Job summary

Firelands Health in Ohio is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to join our patient-centered team. You will provide the full range of behavioral health services, including diagnostic assessment, individual, family and group therapy, and crisis intervention under clinical supervision.

You will work under the Program Coordinator, ensuring services meet regulatory standards, maintain accurate documentation, and use EMR and video conferencing to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Active LPC or LSW license through the Ohio CSWMFT Board.
• First Aid, Heart Saver, and crisis-prevention certifications within 6 months of hire.
• Effective written and spoken communication; sensitivity to cultural needs of patients.
• 180-day probationary period completion mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of behavioral health treatment including diagnostic assessment, individual, family and group therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Ensure services comply with Medicaid/ACHC/CARF guidelines and maintain proper documentation.
• Develop safety and crisis plans and coordinate with afterhours services to promote patient care.
• Utilize EMR and video-conferencing tools; maintain HIPAA-compliant communication.
