Job summary

Firelands Health is seeking a behavioral health professional to deliver comprehensive therapy services under supervision, including assessments, individual and group sessions, and crisis intervention. You will work within regulatory guidelines, document care, and support discharge planning and recovery with patient-centered strategies.

Role requires active licensure (LPC or LSW) and effective communication. The position is based in Fremont/Sandusky County with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

Therapists rendering mental health services must hold an active LPC or LSW license in Ohio.
Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form; culturally sensitive to patients.
Experience with crisis intervention and treatment planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide full range of behavioral health treatment under supervision, including diagnostic assessment and therapy.
Develop safety and crisis management plans; coordinate with after-hours services as needed.
Ensure documentation supports quality care and aligns with HIPAA and 42 CFR regulations.
